It is a direct like-for-like generic swap: removing an ENKI Dulwich TSV021 and putting in a Trisen Formby TSV102. Both units share identical 135–165mm pipe centres. It is a straight swap through the existing wall plate hole so a fixed price for an hour of time to do this.

Do not cut, remove, disturb or lean on any fixed roof timbers, rafters, joists, battens, solar supports, cables or insulation. The tiles and insulation roll are to remain as they will be used for something else. Access is via loft hatch with ladder. Photos attached. I am looking for this to be done during the week commencing Monday 24 August 2026. Exact day/time to be agreed once front access is clear following driveway works. Please quote including removal/disposal.

Primarily, the boiler needs serving. It's working and does the job but hasn't been serviced recently so needs doing. The mains water stopcock has developed a leak and that needs sorting and cleaning. Additionally, the radiators throughout the flat are sporadic and have a mind of their own, sometimes coming on when not needed and failing to come on when they are needed in spite of automatic timing controls on the boiler. This may be a thermostat control issue. Would like this diagnosed and fixed. Rads also need bleeding every now and then which I would like resolved.
