The Thermostat always worked, but I recently had my boiler changed, and now the controls don't adjust the boiler anymore. Hello, I need a boiler service certificate for a boiler in my restaurant. I believe the boiler itself is a domestic-type boiler, although it is installed in a commercial property. I have attached a photo of the boiler so you can check. The boiler is working perfectly fine. My main reason for arranging this is that my landlord has asked me to provide a valid boiler service certificate. I would therefore need the inspection/service to be carried out by someone who is properly qualified and authorised to issue a valid certificate. I would prefer not to have unnecessary work carried out on the boiler since it is working fine, but if servicing is required in order to issue the certificate, that is absolutely fine. Could you please let me know if you can do this and how much you would charge? Thank you.
