I need an electrician to install a thermostat and an intercom into my flat. My flat is old and the new thermostat and intercom are modern. I also need one switch cap replaced.

Underfloor heating in one room is not working. Floors stayed cold, control panels are all working fine. Boiler is only a year old and just had its annual service done, pressure is good and have nothing wrong.

I have removed a cupboard on the wall so a boiler man could access the boiler. The cupboard now needs putting back on the wall.

I currently have an old intercom ststem that operates with a bell inside the flat, its old style. I need someone to install the new style intercom. I also have an old thermostat and need someone to put in a new style one.

I have a valiant gas boiler which has recently been serviced by British gas. Boiler needs repressurising but open close valves are stuck. These need opening. There is a problem with water temperature to bath. The kitchen tap is scalding but the bath water is lukewarm. The feed pipes need checking. This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
