My boiler is leaking, there is water dripping down the blue insulation from the join/seal with the white pipe. I think it’s to do with the sealant.

I need to disconnect my boiler temporarily and move it to another room so that we can change the flooring underneath

I’ve purchased a new thermostatic bath/shower mixer tap, flexible tap connectors, shower hose, wall bracket, and filter. I need someone to: • Remove the old bath tap • Fit the new thermostatic mixer tap with flexi hoses under the bath • Ensure everything is sealed, tested, and leak-free All parts are ready to go. Just need a professional with tools and experience to install it properly.

My Nest gen-2 thermostat is no longer supported by Google and I want to replace it with a Tado X. I have the starter kit (https://shop.tado.com/products/p-starter-kit-wireless-smart-thermostat-x) and need some help installing it. The boiler is a Vaillant boiler with a wired Heatlink and a separate thermostat. The ignition on two of the burners on my gas hob are also broken. The hob can be lit with a lighter so I'm pretty sure it's an electrical issue. It'd be great to find someone who could fix that at the same time.

I need to replace the old wall thermostat with a new one either is basic or smart thermostat to communicate with the central heating and the boiler.

Slow water drip from under combi boiler. From far right pipe/ joint. I suspect just a nut needs tightening. Boiler gets annually tested. I think it’s the cold water pipe/ joint. Boiler pressure still ok. Need gas safe plumber.

The Baxi boiler was making loud fan noises. A Baxi engineer inspected and identified a blocked waste pipe due to sagging. He advised that the pipe the whole system needs to be flushed to prevent further issues. Note: Payment will only be released once the issue is fully resolved...like no further Noise.

Gas registered engineer required. Boiler isn't heating shower and it needs a new expansion vessel and heat exchanger. Water starts off hot but cuts off after 5 seconds. I have one heater without a valve therefore I would like this added so I can control the temperature of that specific heater like the others in the house.

Our energy bills have skyrocketed recently. I wanted to test if it was the water boiler, so experimented with switching it off and adjusting the mechanical clock. Cannot figure out now how to get hot water back on. I need some assistance in figuring this out.

1) Move air conditioner cables around under joists. Cut and re-wire Air con plumbing Including copper gas pipe. Put cables behind plasterboard 2) move one air con unit 1 metre to the right of same wall

We have fitted air con in a building in the Farringdon area, nine rooms in total. I've received reports today that this isn't working and will be on site tomorrow to test for myself in case of user error, as it's not impossible that the settings have been tampered with by one of our clients. If I am unable to resolve this myself we will need to call someone in to have a look and service for us, so just reaching out now to see if someone here may be able to assist. Due to room use this will have to be on a weekend, ideally this Sunday but we can be flexible.
