The radiators are not heating up evenly. Some are heating up, some are not, some are mildly warm. During boiler service the person suggested to do a radiator-clean-up or do power flush. NOTE - Bleeding has been done already. So don't quote for simply bleeding. I'm looking for a fixed price. There are 7 radiators in total. This is a flat in an apartment.

I have two Danfoss TP7001M mains-powered programmable thermostats controlling heating on separate floors of my duplex flat. Both thermostats suddenly stopped working. When I switch the central heating circuit off and back on at the consumer unit, both displays operate normally for approximately two minutes before going completely blank again. The circuit breaker remains ON. The flat uses a Danfoss district heating HIU. Domestic hot water is currently working. I need an experienced electrician or heating-controls specialist to investigate the common electrical supply, wiring, fused connections and thermostat control circuits, identify the cause and repair it.

I recently moved into my new flat, but upon a visit by British Gas, I found out that the boiler didn’t meet compliance regulations. I need this done before I Airbnb it out for a few weeks from 21st Oct. The things that need to be done are 1. Remove the non-heat resistant foam around the pipe at the top going to the vent outside. 2. Cementing around the pipe/vent on inside and outside to seal it 3. Stick the tiles back to the wooden panel under the boiler and make it so it is easy to access the taps when needed (they weren’t accessible before) 4. Remove some of the board around the boiler. Replace central heating pipework Looking for a qualified plumber/heating engineer to replace all central-heating pipework in my 3-bed house using 15mm/22mm HEP₂O barrier pipe. Boiler downstairs by the front door. Approximately 7–8 radiators. I will supply and fit the radiators myself along with hep20 22mm and 15mm barrier pipe and fittings so the job is to Install the new 22mm flow/return mains and 15mm branches to each radiator, leaving connections ready for me. Upstairs, pipework only needs to go under the middle/dressing-room floor; elsewhere I want it run above floor level and accessible as itll be boxed in Any joins/tees should be positioned where a discreet access panel can be fitted, rather than buried permanently under floors/walls. Hello, I need a boiler service certificate for a boiler in my restaurant. I believe the boiler itself is a domestic-type boiler, although it is installed in a commercial property. I have attached a photo of the boiler so you can check. The boiler is working perfectly fine. My main reason for arranging this is that my landlord has asked me to provide a valid boiler service certificate. I would therefore need the inspection/service to be carried out by someone who is properly qualified and authorised to issue a valid certificate. I would prefer not to have unnecessary work carried out on the boiler since it is working fine, but if servicing is required in order to issue the certificate, that is absolutely fine. Could you please let me know if you can do this and how much you would charge? Thank you.
