The Baxi boiler was making loud fan noises. A Baxi engineer inspected and identified a blocked waste pipe due to sagging. He advised that the pipe the whole system needs to be flushed to prevent further issues. Note: Payment will only be released once the issue is fully resolved...like no further Noise.

Gas registered engineer required. Boiler isn't heating shower and it needs a new expansion vessel and heat exchanger. Water starts off hot but cuts off after 5 seconds. Our energy bills have skyrocketed recently. I wanted to test if it was the water boiler, so experimented with switching it off and adjusting the mechanical clock. Cannot figure out now how to get hot water back on. I need some assistance in figuring this out.

We have fitted air con in a building in the Farringdon area, nine rooms in total. I've received reports today that this isn't working and will be on site tomorrow to test for myself in case of user error, as it's not impossible that the settings have been tampered with by one of our clients. If I am unable to resolve this myself we will need to call someone in to have a look and service for us, so just reaching out now to see if someone here may be able to assist. Due to room use this will have to be on a weekend, ideally this Sunday but we can be flexible.

I have a Nest Pro thermostat that was recently installed. I believe it may have been accidentally knocked, after which the heating came on unexpectedly. Since I turned the heating off, our hot water has become intermittent. This is the most important issue to resolve. Additionally, the thermostat currently requires constant USB power and cannot be mounted to the wall, which indicates a potential wiring problem. The task involves: Diagnose and fix the intermittent hot water issue. Properly wire the Nest thermostat to receive a constant power source from the heating system (e.g., install a C-wire or Nest Power Connector). Ensure the Nest thermostat and boiler are communicating correctly.

Boiler pulses on and off when running tap. Pressure fine. Water starts hot and then drops to tepid, never cold.

I have three cupboards that need to be hung on a wall - I have all the bits to do this. It's a brick wall and Ikea cupboards which hang from a rail. You'll need to cut the rail to length. The large cupboard will be mounted over / around a boiler, so the backing will need to be modified and the shelves cut to fit around the boiler and the pipework. The two smaller shelves don't need any adjustment with the backs, but will need to be fixed to the large cupboard for stability. I have some precut oak to place over the top of the cupboard and to create a shelf on the (currently open) top of the small cupboard. I'd like this scheduled for next week - Happy to do this on Monday if you're happy to work on a bank holiday?

There are three taps in operation via the kitchen, shower and bathroom. Each tap either runs extreme hot or completely cold. When the tap is set lower than full heat, the pressure presumably drops and is causing the boiler to disengage and the flame that indicates the heating function switches off. I have recently had the diaphragm and pressure differential replaced and fixed... so have isolated this now to a pressure issue. The same issue occurs across all three taps when the temperature is slightly adjusted down from full heat.
