Find a professional heating and cooling technician in Central London

My shower keeps switching between scalding hot and freezing cold… done a bit of research online, looks like it’s an issue with the Thermostatic Cartridge. Need to remove the cartridge and assess the situation, it might just need a descale. Just not really sure how. I’m guessing it’s not a huge job. If time and skills permit I’d also like to hand a couple of hooks on the wall, just not confident with a drill. Thanks.

My new boiler is smaller than the old one so I need a carpenter/handyman to box around it to hide exposed section & patch up damage/white paint where new flue is 2. Patch up chipped bathroom tile paint (I have the yellow paint) 3. New wardrobe doors have been fitted with white edges but the current frame is dirty and beige so need the whole frame and sides cleaning up and painting white please

I have a Qettle boiling water tap. The hot water pipe from boiler to tap is leaking, and Qettle suggest the only answer is a new tap. I will get the tap delivered Looking for someone with experience at least of boiling water taps, ideally with Qettle to come and install. pictures attached.

Last technician installed new diverter valve and not long after the boiler is tripping out whole flat and I assume is not connected correctly and leaking onto cables within system. Landlady is refusing to send technician again so need a boiler person ASAP. The boiler is a Eco Main boiler and is 1year old.

There’s a gap beneath my boiler that needs to be covered as it’s a possible entry point for mice. The pest control company has asked for a Perspex sheet to built and siliconed in place around the boilers paperwork. Would need to be custom fitted and make w a jigsaw. Thanks

Hi, I’m looking for a professional decorator or handyman to repair and repaint water-damaged walls in the common stairwell area of my apartment in NW3 London. There was previously a leak from my boiler (faulty ball valve), but this has now been fixed and the area is drying out properly. The walls currently have: • Brown water staining • Flaking / bubbling paint • Some minor plaster damage • Light mould in one lower corner I want the job done properly so the staining doesn’t come back through. The job likely requires: • Scraping back all loose paint • Treating any mould • Sealing with stain-blocking primer (e.g. Zinsser) • Filling / patch plaster repair where needed • Sanding smooth • Repainting (white/neutral to match existing) This is in a stairwell so access may require care (not very high ceilings but awkward angles). I would love a quote for a Boiler Timer replacement for my 1 bed flat. The boiler itself works fine, but it has to be turned on and off manually. The existing timer attached to the water heater switch is completely unresponsive - it does not display anything or respond to my attempts to reset. I have been operating the water heater manually since I moved in but would like to install a new digital timer so that I can program water heating automatically and easily. The boiler only affects hot water as my radiator system is electric. I would prefer this job to be completed in one visit so would like the replacement timer to be sourced by yourselves in advance or to be given guidance on which to order in advance so that it is ready to install on the same day as your visit.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
