My gas boiler is leaking water and needs inspection and repair. The boiler is still working, but the leak needs fixing as soon as possible. Looking for a qualified gas boiler technician / plumber.

Installing and wiring the Wiser wallplate/receiver to the boiler’s terminal block Removing the link between LS and LR on the boiler. Testing that the boiler fires via the new Hub. I have already bought the Drayton Wiser kit. I can handle the Wi-Fi/App setup myself once the unit is wired in.

We were on a holiday for a month. Came back and noticed that the boiler had switched off and one of the mains had dropped. I had two new radiators installed in my bathroom last year, but they do not heat up. They are connected to the central underfloor heating system, but the water remains cold. A plumber attempted to identify the issue but couldn't, which suggests it's a structural installation fault in the pipes behind the wall rather than a quick fix. I am looking for someone to: 1) Inspect the pipes behind the wall to diagnose the connection fault and fix the issue so the radiators work with the underfloor heating. 2) Install electric heating elements (dual fuel) in the radiators as a backup. The existing radiators support dual fuel. I know from the previous radiators that there is existing wiring/power outlets behind the radiators, so no new cabling from the fuse box is required. The boiler pressure gauge keeps going to zero. I think there is a small leak in the valve/pipe.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
