Boiler is not switching on

My underfloor never kicks in at the start of winter. Can someone please assess, it’s getting cold in here… I have x6 thermostats in the flat. They all register the correct time/date/function. If I set the temperature for the heating to turn on, the flame icon appears (so it works) but the heating doesn’t turn on.

New navien boiler with nest system was installed around 2 years ago but has never worked properly. Radiators are very hot even when Nest claims not to be able heating. Some radiators don't work at all. Boiler sometimes depressurises. Looking for a highly experienced heating engineer who can try to get the system working more efficiently.

We are looking for a heating engineer familiar with Nest thermostats to fix a problem with our system. Recently, when the Nest thermostat that controls our Vaillant boiler comes on and indicates it is heating, it does not always trigger the heating to come on. Turning on and off the system in the Nest app can sort the problem, although this doesn’t always work. There is a Honeywell motorised valve actuator which is making a buzzing noise sometimes when the boiler is trying to come on. The boiler, hot water tank and Nest system were installed new in 2021.

Heating in the flat isn’t working and the thermostat is giving an error

Installation of a hard-wired Hive thermostat to replace a manual thermostat that was installed with my Worcester combo-boiler. The boiler is a Worcester Bosch 8000 system and only installed 18 months ago - so should be compatible with the Hive thermostat. I’ve bought a Hive bundle that include the hub to allow set up of the WiFi-enabled remote control. I’ve included pictures of the boiler system, current thermostat unit and Hive pack. Top heating element is stuck and wont unscrew i have tried but not moving, the tank has been drained down as far as the top element, only contact if you are 100%, you can remove, boiler is a pulsa coil model, drain valve also broke at the bottom, new elements are on site, if you can replace both that would be great
