Hi I don't have any hot water or central heating and need someone to inspect my boiler at my flat in Bethnal Green E2. My boiler model is a Main Eco Elite 30 combi ERP. At first it showed the error code E133 but now it shows code E168. I have tried to look at the manual to try and fix it. I have increased the pressure to around 2 as well as put hot water on the outside condensate pipe in case it's frozen. None of this has worked. The boiler makes a loud vibrating sound as well when it is trying to work and the temperature does not increase and is stuck around 19 degrees for both water and heating. Please can you reply with what you think the issue may be and what time you can come. Please message only. Issue shared by Home care agreement provider: Boiler flue hole not filled internally or externally. Boiler flue not connected to the boiler - it was just resting on top of the boiler. Horizontal section of the flue not secured to the flue elbow - was pushed in only 2-3mm. Carbon monoxide alarm present but with one battery removed and left on top of fridge. Above works must be completed by a Gas Safe Engineer

We hired Noureldin to install a boiler at a tenanted property and relased payment upon him confirming that the installation was completed. Unfortunately, it turned out that he had left the property in a dangerous state and subsequent engineer recommended a RIDDOR report to be made. We are fortunate tenant were safe/no casulties occured. We have successfully issued a county court claim against Noureldin and his firm and await settlement of claim.
