I am looking for someone to install a wooden wall-mounted plate rack and one or two additional shelves in my kitchen. The house is a Victorian property (approximately 100 years old). The wall is wallpapered and appears to be a stud partition, but I have been unable to reliably locate the studs myself. I would like the wall construction assessed and the shelving fixed securely using appropriate methods for the load involved. The plate rack will hold 12+ ceramic plates, and the shelving will be used for bowls, glasses and other kitchen items, so the installation needs to be suitable for a significant amount of weight once loaded. Ideally I would like: Assessment of the wall structure and suitable fixing points Secure installation of the plate rack and shelving Minimal unnecessary damage to the wallpaper Advice on the best mounting method if a backing board or alternative approach would be preferable

I have two large mirrors that I would like to be installed onto my walls. I want them to be extremely secure so please use the appropriate appliances/tools/machinery. I don't have any power drills or tools so please bring your own

Hinge on a helix window frame has broken and needs replacing

The plastic nuts have seized on the metal bolt. The bolt itself doesn't look too rusted. When turning the plastic nut, the bolt turns as well. I'll buy and fit a new seat myself.
