The door was forced off and the wall around the door frame needs repairing and I have the door ready to hang. I have all the bits to the frame and door.

Back end of lower tongue and groove panels have started to come out. Hoping it can be repaired! It is the back half, think I overloaded it. If it can be repaired need some additional work of replacing fascias.

Parts of the blackout vertical blind is missing

Manual retractable patio awning – fit supplied replacement fabric, service/clean mechanism and adjust arms so awning sits level. Awning currently works but is older, one side sits slightly lower and there is a squeak at one point when extending/retracting. Replacement fabric already supplied.
