My bathroom ceiling needs sanding and painting - it's a small room about 2m by 2m.

I need to have freshly plastered ceiling most coated and the painted. the ceiling is in the kitchen so everything will have to be properly covered with dust sheets. the ceiling itself is approximately 10 ft x 9 ft and the plasterer has blended the plaster 6 inches down the wall so this will need to be mist coasted and then painted as well. The paint will be supplied but you will need your own brushes, roller, ladder and dust sheets there will likely be some additional work needed so ideally looking for a general handy man who can complete some other jobs as well, but for now the main task is to get the ceiling done. if you have any questions please let me know.

Need hallway/landing ceiling painted and light fitting (7), and carpet laying down on stairs and landing,fix damage in 4th picture in between doors if possible

The kitchen area needs about 4 or 5 metres of skirting boards fitted. There's a radiator to work around. Quite a small job.
