Remove wallpaper Above the stairs & part of the wall is the main job (pics with green wall illustrate this) But I would like to know how much to take the residue from other stripped walls too. Theres 3 rooms in total that look like the 1st pic.

The bedroom size is: 4m x 4m I had originally started to strip the wood chip wallpaper, there is currently a quarter left towards the top of the walls where I cannot reach haha! I have the materials for this. Once this is complete, I would like somebody to skim plaster the walls (I have already done the chimney breast) as the plaster underneath is quite old.

In regards to the stairs area. I require somebody could can remove wood chip wallpaper and re paint the stair walls.
