Hi, I need a handyman to install a 3.5-metre flexible ceiling-mounted curtain track in my house. I already have the curtain track and all the accessories, including ceiling brackets, rollers, hooks, screws and end caps. The track is flexible, so it may need to be bent to fit the shape of the window area. I need it securely fixed to the ceiling, with the rollers and hooks fitted and the curtains hanging properly. Please let me know if you have experience installing ceiling-mounted curtain tracks and how much you would charge for the job. Thank you.

The location is at a new development site by Bellway Homes. The 10 Venetian blind are to be installed on the inner rims of the windowsill for bedrooms, restrooms and living room etc. no tools provided - just the blinds bought straight from Dunelm

I run a short-term rental and need a handyman that can be called should I need some help of something needs fixed.

Round mirror needs mounting on wall, I don’t have any fixings so these would need to be included. + a glass light fixing to be attached to the bulb

2 internal doors need fitting, 1 solid oak and the other a folding door

Need an old shower riser rail removed and a new one fitted, mounted on the wall above a bathtub (shower-over-bath setup). The bottom wall fixing has failed — the plastic plug has deteriorated and no longer holds the screw. This needs the old plug removed and a new plug/screw fitted. The top fixing on the old rail is still secure, but will still need to come out and be re-fitted for the new rail's bracket positions. New riser rail will be already purchased.
