Find a professional local handyman in Merseyside

I do house cleaning and repair work on old houses such as painting and decorating.

We require a general handyman who can do multiple areas of works including painting, general repairs, small electrical jobs would be ideal but not essential. Ideally want to find someone who can come out 2 times a month and be on call for any emergency jobs etc. Scope for work across other sites also.

Moved into a new property and some of the windows opening handles do not function as intended and are stuck on one side.

13A problems: -bathroom floor lifted (tapestry) -missing light bulb -Silicon missing in kitchen -Oven plinth removed and left on the floor -Gaps at the end of a new plastic trim fitted possibly letting water out of the shower cubicle -light in bathroom flickering 37 problem: -It appears that there is no hot water in the shower. There is a bathtub and in the kitchen there is hot water, but no shower. Please note that it's a dial shower, and even set to three-quarters of the way (as suggested by owner), it doesn’t produce hot water.

Door was too tight to lock

Decking needs restaining and an additional step is needed at the bottom going down to the grass. One woodem post is rotten and needs replacing and the bottom of the decking has mismatched slats. All the rails need repainting

Looking for an experienced fitter with great attention to detail, honesty and professionalism. Quality over speed. If this is done well, there would be continuous jobs like this, as we are a property investment company with 30+ houses and expanding, so we are looking for long term partnerships with trusted people.
