I have the following maintenance jobs that require work: Our garden shed needs the torn roof felt removed and re-roofed. I have a new roll of felt and can purchase the necessary nails if needed. A wooden gate was installed about 3-years ago but has moved to the extent that it will not close. It will require sanding / planning to remove the sticking areas opposite the hinges and the bolt to be moved to avoid catching on the post containing the bolt hole. Three self-closing doors of cabinets in the kitchen also sticking that need to be adjusted / re-hung to the close smoothly. I shall be pleased if you will inform me if this work would be of interest to you and an indication of timing and costs.
