We have a range of tasks that need completing, all of the below is pictured: 1. Hang a coat rack/shelf 2. Remove and refit 3 x small Velux blinds (code: GGL 206) 3. Hang a 70x100cm framed canvas 4. Hang a Samsung Frame TV (note: this must be drilled into an inactive chimney) 5. Hang a key lock box 6. Remove a shelf on the log store that was installed in the wrong location (screw is rounded off); re-fit in the correct position 7. Fit 4 x drawer handles 8. Hang a 55-inch TV (note: this is on a stud wall and will maybe require reinforcement) 9. Secure 3 x mirrors that are resting on the floor or cabinet but need to be anchored to the wall 10. Measure, cut down, and hang 2 x curtain poles 11. Secure 7 x mirrors to the wall (various sizes) 12. Remove previous and fit new WC accessories --- Important Notes 1. The property is currently unoccupied. Work must take place between 8AM – 6PM. We’ve had Airtaskers finish arrive late and finish late in the past, which is unfortunately not feasible as we have young children. Weekends are more than fine! 2. We do not have nails, hooks, or hanging materials for the mirrors and pictures. These will need to be supplied by the handy man and we will reimburse. 4. You must bring all necessary tools, including a saw for cutting the curtain poles. We have nothing there. 5. A tool to shorten metal screws will be needed to fit the drawer handles. 6. I think this is perhaps 2 days work in total, maybe less, but I assume some of it will take time. Please do consider this when taking it on!

slanted extension roof can walk on it and get to it - have a velux windows in pitched roof that is very slowly leaking when heavily raining and need this fixed. See photos where I have circled in red the lower end of the Velux window is occasionally leaking when it rains a lot. Please let me know if you need more info.
