I need a new external door opening created in the brick wall of my garden outbuilding/garage, as shown in the attached photos. I have a few jobs that need doing: * Install spotlights in the bathroom ceiling and in the kitchen ceiling. * Replace the board/plinth around the shower tray rather than repair the existing one. The current piece is approximately 100 cm x 13 cm, but please measure it yourself before buying or cutting the replacement. * Once the old board is removed, check underneath for any signs of moisture or damp. If there is any moisture present, this should be properly dried and dealt with before fitting the new board. * Remove the old silicone sealant around the shower tray and apply fresh silicone. I’m looking for someone experienced, reliable and professional, with the appropriate tools for the job. I would also expect a tidy standard of work and for the area to be cleaned up properly once the job is completed.
