The shed is 30 years old and 50% dilapidated. It has sheeted roof and tongue and groove sides. There is a solid wooden work bench inside and a holey floor. Also a glass window. It needs demolishing and removing. VAN ESSENTIAL FOR REMOVAL.

Job involves either: • Slightly jacking up one side to reposition the grid or • Removing the (empty) planter roof section to reduce weight, then shifting the base.
