Remove existing tile floor and lay new karndean floor (tile effect) in bathroom 2x2m sq. There is existing underfloor heating, which if it can be re-used then great. If not, lay new electric heat element (to use existing thermostat, which is shown in pics). I’m unsure of budget, so putting down £100 for now (I suspect it will be more!!) and will await to receive some pricing from anyone bidding on the job.

Fix/reinforce the stairs as they are a bit squeaky- accessible from underneath utilities area Prep the stairs- already removed old carpet underlay and all the staples!! need sanding/filling/painting/caulking to.make smooth especially around the edges of the steps that won't be covered by underlay/runners hence visible Install stair runners and rods (standard size, may need to be cut) I have grippers, underlay, runner, wood filler, caulk , small sanding tools, saw etc as originally planned to do ot myself but no time due to work and family situations but please let me know what else required or bring your tools Please don't offer if you don't have experiences in doing similar stair runner installation tasks before- won't respond Pls advise estimated time as I assume need time for the paint to dry up etc

Hi I am in the middle of a decorating job, however the guys have vanished and I need this completed. The job involves finishing off some plastering they have nearly finished, then removing wallpaper on the ceiling of the corridor. The vinyl was laid poorly, so this needs to clean completely done professionally. With levelling compound and underlay and professional cuts aligning with the wall.

Hallway. Flat concrete door - material already onsite. Old carpet already disposed of. Cut around 1 radiator pipe. Fit edging at 5 door on to the hallway with: 3x carpet; 2x tile). Take off skirting - to be replaced in a separate job- making precision of edges easier. Tape underlay squares, lay interconnecting planks: no gluing needed.
