Looking for an experienced multi-trade professional or team to carry out repairs to multiple areas of damage caused by a recent appliance delivery. This is not for patch ups as we need the property restored to its original condition, including proper repair or full replacement where necessary. When responding, please provide estimated cost for full works based on the damage and repair works needed below: Flooring and woodwork: - Replacement of 1x board of original Victorian pine stair floorboard (badly chipped) - Replacement of 2x board of original Victorian pine flooring. Approx 2m in length. - Replacement of 1x engineered oak flooring board (recently installed). Walls & Finishes: - Repair and repaint of chipped window sill - Repair and repaint of skirting board - Full and refinish hole/ dent in plaster wall. Front Door - Repair and restore 3x areas of impact damage (scratched and chipped) Stone & External Areas - Replace original Victorian stone door threshold (gouged). Important to note we do not want filler-only fix due to the age of the stone. - Repair external cement stairs (multiple gashes) - Repair front cement patio gashes Important to note requirements: - Quote provided can be an estimate. Barge board above front porch has unsightly marks (paint not holding) and a rusty colour stain. The marks came back soon after re-painting.

Need help repairing creaking stairs

Need to finish installing vinyl tiles in my 1 bedroom flat. The room is completely covered with the vinyl & the living room just a wee bit left. Both need Scotia Beading.
