Looking for a carpenter or flooring specialist to repair old wooden floorboards. The job includes: * Replacing a few damaged wood floorboards * Fixing creaking/squeaky areas of the floor * Checking and securing loose boards where needed * Making the floor feel more solid and stable

Looking for an experienced multi-trade professional or team to carry out repairs to multiple areas of damage caused by a recent appliance delivery. This is not for patch ups as we need the property restored to its original condition, including proper repair or full replacement where necessary. Barge board above front porch has unsightly marks (paint not holding) and a rusty colour stain. The marks came back soon after re-painting.
