The room is 4mx3.8m - it is very square with only a small diagonal space where the door is. We would need someone to rip out the carpet and replace it with LVT. The LVT has underlay already attached. We have already bought the LVT - we have around 17m2 so enough for wastage too. I removed a fireplace and so some of the floor underneath the carpet is exposed. Have attached a photo to give an idea of what you would be dealing with. Would prefer a herringbone pattern but happy to go simpler if it lowers the price
