If not, lay new electric heat element (to use existing thermostat, which is shown in pics). I’m unsure of budget, so putting down £100 for now (I suspect it will be more!!) and will await to receive some pricing from anyone bidding on the job.

Hi I am in the middle of a decorating job, however the guys have vanished and I need this completed.
