I have a replacement toliet handle that needs to replace the old broken one - also need to replace some skirting board 6feet under the loo where I had a leak.

I need someone to come in and remove my carpets and put wooden flooring in my downstairs, approximately 82sqm. We will purchase flooring, underlay and beading. There is also 9sqm of tiling we need done as well that covers 2 steps which will involve tile cutting. The furniture will need to be move into rooms whilst flooring done and then put back.

Had a carpet burn but got the piece of carpet removed. I just need someone professional to replace this piece using the replacement piece I have. Need to precisely measure and fix the replacement piece into the slot. Picture of the cut out carpet and replacement piece are in the picture.
