Ideally you can start this Saturday 24th January and have experience of doing this job before. All materials are provided. The laminate already has underlay pre attached to it.

I need to put the ply on down and then put the wooden flooring laminate wooden flooring in all rooms, three rooms and downstairs lounge and also a dining room The measurements are attached

There is a section in the through lounge where the floorboards keep squeaky and a small section in the hallway where the floorboard looks as if it needs to be screwed down.

I had to take out my carpet, as I was making space for built-in wardrobes and now I need to lay the carpet back. The room is roughly 12sqm. The gripper rods are present and just need to be moved to the correct space. Need someone with the necessary gear for the job (carpet grippers, carpet tucker, etc.). The job needs to be done on some day after 28th of June (as that's when the wardrobes will be fitted).

Need to remove flooring carefully in order to access water stopcock under floor boards (approx 1m2). Replace stopcock with new and assess the area. Once satisfied that water pressure is normal then flooring can be reinstalled.
