Slow drip from heating interface unit has been fixed but mould damage to walls and water staining to carpet needs fixing. Mould and staining to small area of plasterboard in hallway cupboard. Less than a meter across. Needs mould removal and repainting. Carpet in front of hallway cupboard discoloured from water leak. Needs cleaning. Area easily accessible with double doors into cupboard.

We need someone with experience of fitting carpets to fit our 165 meter squared office with carpet tiles. We need it completed between Friday and Sunday to avoid disturbance in our office. We will supply the tiles and adhesive.
