I'm installing some electric underfloor matting in a small room. I need a fused spur off a double power socket + the control panel / thermostat for the UFH installed in the wall.

Slow drip from heating interface unit has been fixed but mould damage to walls and water staining to carpet needs fixing. Mould and staining to small area of plasterboard in hallway cupboard. Less than a meter across. Needs mould removal and repainting. Carpet in front of hallway cupboard discoloured from water leak. Needs cleaning. Area easily accessible with double doors into cupboard.

We need someone with experience of fitting carpets to fit our 165 meter squared office with carpet tiles. We need it completed between Friday and Sunday to avoid disturbance in our office. We will supply the tiles and adhesive.

Tenant screwed holes into newly laid engineered wood flooring (see photo). I would like to restore the floor and am unsure whether it is possible to replace the affected planks or if the whole area needs to be relaid. We need a 2x2 space fitted with lino (which we are providing). On one end it will finish up against skirting board/door bar, but on the other it will need to finish up against another sheet of lino. Unfortunately a pipe in our bathroom burst a while back and as a result the flooring had to be taken out of the bathroom, kitchen and entryway of our one-bedroom apartment. We are looking for an interior architect to - offer guidance over materials selections of tiles and wood planks - advise on sub flooring - potentially make construction drawings for flooring installers if necessary - oversee the installation of the new flooring ON SITE.
