There’s a small hole in the exterior wall just below the roofline, right beside the guttering. Pigeons have discovered it and are trying to make it their home. I need a permanent fix to close this hole properly. I believe a small piece of wood nailed securely in place would work, but I’m open to better or longer-lasting suggestions (e.g. metal plate, mesh, proper sealing, etc.). I’ve put some temporary blocking in place for now, but I need a solid, permanent solution so the pigeons can’t get back in

Porch brackets, fascia, and the fascia/detail above bay window needs painting. I have Zinsser exterior all in one paint already to do it but my step ladder won’t allow me to reach!

Water is leaking from the connection piece that joins both sides of my guttering.

Despite having had guttering cleaned (front and back of terraced house) several times in the past, it still overflows and leaks in several places.

Exterior wall render has crumbled. it brought down the guttering that was attached to it and the adjacent wall. Need to strip the remaining old render, and rerender the exterior and then replace the guttering

We have a leaking gutter joint which has had the rubbers replace but I cannot get the clips back onto the joint.

I need someone with a long ladder to reattach a part of my guttering that has fallen off. The piece is not broken, it just needs to be reattached. There are no access issues. Job will take literally 10 minutes.
