Fit new smart thermostat (Drayton) I’ve bought all the items I think you’ll need but you may need to provide wiring / trunking - I am not an expert. Please let me know any materials or items your might need to complete the job. For the oven / hob please also check the ampage is safe for the total combined electrical load

Correctly close circuit on Kitchen socket fuse run. A previous workman has taken two kitchen sockets out of use but hasn’t correctly closed them off/ the neutral wire is now live. I have an idea of the location in the wall so I will dig it out but I need an electrician to correct the fault. I approximate this to be about 2 hours work. Including triage to isolate the issue and then to correct the poor wiring.

I need 4 spotlight fittings changed, as the bulbs are in a unit, rather than a conventional bulb screw in.

Add light and socket to box room. There is a power outlet in the room before it. Can be put in a channel. Will need to drill through brick so bring correct tools. Also remove three wall sconces

We would like to replace our old Cooker Hood (not working anymore) by a brand new one. We will need you to take care of the disposal of the old one too, and to do a neat job to avoid extra work (painting etc) - dimensions of cooker hood are the same. (new cooker hood is already in the flat)

Something in my kitchen is tripping the electrics, I have isolated it to the fuse labelled ‘lighting’ but I think it could well be the oven. The same fuse also powers the thermostat. *this is a new build so hopefully the electrics are all in good order
