We have a couple of electrical jobs that need doing in our home. 1) Bathroom extractor fan not working 2) Bedroom spotlight flickers when you turn it on.

Sofa is gouging the floor when reclining. I believe one of the feet is pushed into the frame and no longer raises the mechanism above the floor. It looks like the wooden strut it's mounted to is broken. Please see pictures.

Potential/possible burning smell coming from bathroom. Spoken to plumber on phone who is fairly certain it is electrical issue but we cant be sure and would like someone to come and let us know and fix the issue

2/3 thermostats aren’t getting any power (see photo) they are mains powered no battery. We would need an electrician to fix them both please!

I am looking to fit an electric under floor heating in a 2 bedroom apartment. Heating system will be supplied. Apartment 71 sqm.. New laminated flooring will be needed to fitted after the heating system is installed. Previous references for fitting laminate flooring required, and ideally experienced in installing under floor electric heating.

Remove existing 60cm cooker hood and replace with new and connect up

Undercounted kitchen sink needs descaling and re-fixing with proper sink glue and re-sealing as it has come half unstuck. The kitchen electric faucet needs changing to a new supplied model. A bathroom electric faucet needs connector hose tightening of washer as it’s dripping from the connector hose, another kitchen faucet needs refitting as it has become loose and wobbles. - Due date: Flexible
