The electric blinds are not working any longer. It is believed that a component of the blind needs replacing, potentially the drivers. The tenant’s initial report was that the blind was not functioning. The height of the blind is 44 inches ( based on the contractor’s pictures) but depending on the model it could be different. Its a roof blind. Usually, contractors will attend to measure before ordering the blind. Remote control batteries changed but the issue was not resolved.
