I have an electriQ EcoSilent 14000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner which is making a very loud clunking noise when I use the cooling function (the fan function works fine). Looking for someone experienced servicing portable air conditioning units. Unit cools correctly but becomes very noisy after running with the exhaust hose attached. Looking for diagnosis and service including internal cleaning and checks.

I have 2 light switches and 2 double sockets that need chasing into the wall before plastering works are completed.

Hi, I am looking to make changes to my fireplace opening which is decommissioned. The list of activities roughly are 1. Laminate flooring (floor slates available) 2. Removal of current mantelpiece 3. Re plastering on sides 4. Movement of power plug to the side where the opening is 5. Close opening for a uniform look with bricks 7. Hidden light installation (optional - unsure if possible) 8. Installation of mantel beam (L140 W15 D10) I'd also welcome consultation whether the opening needs to be sealed or not. Flex with dates but would be great if it can be done in the next 7 days ONO. Would this be of interest? Thanks
