I have a brand new Hisense electric cooker that needs to be connected. I already have the correct cable, so I just need someone to connect the cable to the cooker and plug it into a nearby wall socket. No hardwiring or old appliance removal is required. Easy access, and I’m available on Thursday.

Our shop in Battersea has been experiencing repeated power issues. RCBOs were tripping for several days, so we replaced two with 40mA units. However, today the power suddenly went out again — and it wasn’t due to a trip. We suspect there may be a more serious underlying problem. The oven tripped the fusebox and then wouldn’t come back on. It was recently installed (hard wired) so we need to fix that. Presumably the fuse on the oven itself has blown. Would need to take the oven out of its slot. The other job is to replace a light fitting as the bulb and the thing that houses the bulb has come off so there are two wires only. Need to replace with a standard light fitting.

We have four lights that we want to replace, 2 in the living room, one in each bedroom. It’s the whole fitting we’re replacing.
