The extractor fans in 2 bathrooms are not working

Replace old electric shower (Triton TR80X) with new model (Triton Aspirante Enhanced 8.5KW Brushed Steel Electric Shower Rainshower Head) New model supplied

The existing electric radiator in the living room has come off the wall and needs to be re-affixed. The wall is a made of plasterboard and is hollow, so it would make sense to use metal hollow wall fixings.

The Power switch is seized and will need replacing. It should be fairly straightforward, however the space is limited as it is located in the storage cupboard under the main fuse box.
