Remove two tree stumps and large roots as much as possible. Dig out as needed to take out as much of the stumps and large roots as possible. I will dig up and move plants if required. Take care of nearby garden plants and wall. Access through the house only. Narrow doorway/route through - width ~60cm at top & bottom of stairs. Small logs can be left, all other waste to be removed. Trees were an ornamental cherry and a crab apple. Please do not offer if you have not done similar work. You will need to bring all equipment you require.

Fit 2 new taps that need replacing

A simple job to replace my bath taps with new taps with shower mixer taps.

Part of table top needs to be replaced (wooden part on the left). You need to also suggest possible material and it needs to be included in the price. The sink needs to be replaced as well. You also need to temporarily remove and reinstall all the drawers below so you can fix holes in the wall that causes mice to come in.

1. HALLWAY: fill, sand and paint around the new window which was recently installed; the window itself was painted, but the make-good wasn't part of the work 2. DORMER: same here - new window was installed; the window itself was painted but make-good needs doing: fill, sand and paint around the dormer window, including the wall underneath where water used to come in - see the stains (before the new window was installed: it's dry now) 3. KITCHEN: both old windows need painting, from the inside and from the outside (scaffolding is there if you need access). This includes filling in the cement gaps in the sill/cill on the outside as water occassionally comes inside. Also paint over a small patch with water marks on the inside, right beneath one of the windows. 4. SMALL FILLS AND GAPS: adding a filler between the door and the wall for three separate doors. Fill out a few other small holes/ patches with filler/ paint just over those little spots. I will provide the paint for the walls and for the wooden windows on the INSIDE but I'll need you to provide paint for the OUTSIDE of the windows. I need someone to block the holes on the floor area under the stairs shown in the photo. The holes need to be covered neatly and the plywood should not be higher than the existing floor I outside of the area or the concrete inside the area. This is just prep work for understairs storage that will be fitted in a few weeks.

I want two ethernet socket connections fitted in upstairs bedrooms on second floor. Today my internet connection enters the house in downstairs living room and I want to extend connectivity to upstairs bedroom from the outside for gaming in bedrooms. Note and quote for small complexity that external roof runs high on bedroom walls.
