I have a Vice Versa Koala coffee machine from 2005 with an Australian plug and plug converter. It needs a general service, but no coffee machine servicing companies will take it on because they don’t know the model. Currently, water doesn’t run through the system. It might not need anything particular to Vice Versa specifically in terms of parts. I think the system just needs to be flushed somehow as it hasn’t been used for 20 Years! I have tried the flushing tablets but the issue seems to be somewhere in the pipes.

Fix my DeLonghi Magnifica Evo Next Bean-To-Cup Coffee Machine ECAM310.80 SB Problem - Soap may have got into the system and created bubbles inside stuck somewhere, could be the flow meter, water pump etc. Currently stuck in the descaling cycle when I start the machine Situation I used dishwashing soap to clean the water tank. It was ok for a day after that when I start the machine, it makes a noise when it pumps water and it says something is wrong refer to manual. After that I took the water filter out, it somehow was able to start without issue. Then I used the rinse function twice and was ok. After that I thought it's best to descale it just in case it was limescale built up. I got to step 6 of the descaling. It was interrupted by the message "im doing a little cleaning". Then it pauses for a few seconds and then it says something is wrong refer to manual. Now when I start the machine, it says the last descaling cycle was interrupted so I can only click ok to let it do descaling from step 6. It Then says the same thing "im doing a little cleaning", then pause, then it says something is wrong. So stuck in descaling cycle now. I tried purging water out from the water tank but didnt solve the problem Task - Will likely need to open the hot water and let it flow till the circuit inside fills up. If this doesn’t work then may need to take the unit apart and find the blockage and release it.

Espresso machine repair - Breville Barista Max (no water flow) We have a Breville Barista Max espresso machine that's stopped working. Over the past while the water pressure gradually dropped, and now no water flows through at all when we try to pull a shot. We've checked the obvious external things (water tank seated properly, tank filled, no visible blockage at the intake) and ruled those out, so we think the problem is internal, most likely the water pump or something in the pressure system. Looking for someone with experience repairing espresso machines to diagnose the fault and, ideally, fix it on the visit. If a replacement part (e.g. pump) is needed, let us know what's required and the cost before proceeding. Please bring any tools needed to open the unit.

I think there must be a blockage in our Breville coffee machine, as the water in the tank does not get pulled into the machine (I've checked that it can flow freely from the tank), and so would like help clearing the blockage - it sounds like it makes the right noises when trying to pull water through, but none them comes out of the steam wand or the group head.

Looking for someone experienced with De’Longhi coffee machines to give mine a thorough deep clean. It’s a DeLonghi Magnifica S Smart coffee machine. The machine is working — this is not a repair job. I’d like it properly cleaned internally and externally, including the removable components, coffee residue/build-up and a full descale/cleaning cycle where appropriate. I need someone to diagnose and repair a Sage Bambino Plus coffee machine at my home in N1 2QE. The machine powers on normally and all the lights appear normal, but when I press either the single or double espresso button, absolutely nothing happens — no pump, no water and no sound. I suspect there may be an issue with the water tank connection/sensor, but I'm not certain. Home visit required. Ideally someone with experience repairing Sage/Breville espresso machines. I think my machine (sage oracle) has a faulty solenoid valve - I have conducted an extensive descale but am still having issues with no success. Coffee extraction is limited / poor and there is a loud noise being produced. Is this something you can help with?

My safe coffee machine is broke I did not use a water filter so it’s got clogged with scale and even a deep descale does not clear it, I’ve tried using stronger descales and after a few uses it goes back to not working By not working it means it only ever pours for 9 seconds

Our coffee machine's steam wand's power was slowly slowly decreasing and it got harder to steam the milk. Thinking it might come from scaling inside the machine, I performed a descale cycle. After that, the machine stopped working at all. It turns on and off, the buttons are working, but no water comes out when pressing the coffee button. It does not work neither when trying the hot water or the steam wand. The machine makes the same noise than usual when doing those actions, with the pump also working, but still no water , or very little water comes out. We have waited weeks as we thought it might come from an 'air lock' but it still does not work.

The machine was working immediately before the cleaning/descaling (“clear”) process. A cleaning process was then carried out. Following that process, the machine lost pressure. The loss of pressure affects both coffee extraction and milk frothing, suggesting the issue may be with a shared pressure/steam/water system, rather than simply a problem with the coffee side. The machine is now effectively unusable for its intended purpose. The timing suggests a possible connection to the cleaning process, although that doesn't by itself establish the exact cause.
