Good Afternoon, I hope you’re well? I am enquiring about some repairs needed to 3 different blinds, in 3 different flats (all within the same block). 2x blinds are normal pull cords, and the 3rd one is a motorised blinds. 3 Pine Ridge - Blind in the main bedroom is not holding in place when down a little bit, it will just fall all the way down. We have had a contractor look at it and he has advised possible spring tension required. The blinds are quite big so its likely the heaviness of the blind overtime has caused some issues. 4 Pine Ridge – Same as above - Blind in the main bedroom not holding when down a little bit. Oleh attended on time and was polite throughout. Unfortunately, he was unable to complete the task as the blinds provided were not the correct size. He did offer some alternative suggestions, which we appreciated. Although the job wasn’t completed, he charged the full price, which is understandable given that he had allocated his time for the visit.

the chain on our roman blind has broken - it's a typical ball and pin chain that can possibly be fixed. We then need the chain reattaching to the pulley wheel that pulls the blind up and down. We need it fixed this week. - Due date: Flexible
