Josh went over and above for this job. Alerted me to the fact that the retailer won't disconnect my old appliances and offered to do it for me on the morning of delivery. Saved me a huge headache! He did so many extra things there isn't space to list including replacing a damaged socket for the oven and fitting a freestanding machine in place of an integrated one. Polite, courteous, understanding and so helpful the whole time. He's a keeper!

One machine makes a loud screeching sound when turned on & volume crackles when you try to turn it down or silence it, so is currently turned off. The lights on both have started flashing, so the LEDs may be failing. These are in an office, so repairs would have to fit around working hours Mon - Thurs 07:30 -17:00 & Fri 07:30 - 16:00 Have put £100 but would need a quote really as not sure of costs.
