There is also a new gas hob that needs to be fitted. For insurance purposes, we need to make sure we have a certified gas engineer doing the installation so that we have formal proof of installation. The sink is extremely blocked and when a load of washing is put in using the washing machine it can’t drain and the sink fills with water. I’m no expert but I assume the two use the same waste pipe and it’s blocked so nothing can drain.

My extractor fan broke down, I bought a new one to replace it but the previous electrician did not complete the job. So, I am lost on how to install the new one. I need someone to install the replacement extractor fan, it seems to require some drilling. It's a Bosch DEM63AC00B, and I have the manual for how to install it.
