I've got a fixed washing line from my house to the back fence and it's not enough drying room. I bought a new retractable line ages ago but haven't put it up. I don't have a drill. It needs to be done tidily as I rent. Old line needs removing and the new one put up. See photo of how the old line is attached to the back of my house. Take a spur underneath my sink to install a dual socket

This is to install a socket under the sink, and requires taking a spur from the ring main of existing kitchen sockets. The challenge is to find a point to spur from because it is a fitted kitchen. Also access may be awkward. There is a socket in the wall about 1m either side but the wall is tiled so a chase isn’t possible. The oven cabling is visible under the kitchen units. I don’t want any visible wires in the kitchen.
