Hi, I'm looking for a quick electric cooker installation. The existing cooker circuit and terminal outlet are already in place and fully functional.

Kitchen extractor fan caught fire. Needs taking out and installing new extractor.

This is for my tenant so I would like someone in charge of choosing the right extractor, ducting kit and performing the installation throughout. Extractor and kit not included in budget.

Slightly widen door frame rebate so 10mm intumescent strips fit properly (currently just under size). All materials on site. Preferably a gas expert. Disconnecting the cord attached to the wall and the back of the cooker. Need it detached as we are moving out. If it’s also possible to have a van big enough to transport the cooker to the other location about 10 mins from the original location would be better
