I’m looking for a qualified electrician to replace my existing hardwired ceramic hob with a new induction hob. Existing hob: Indesit RI 161 C ceramic hob (6.2 kW) New hob: Hisense Hi8 HI6443BSCWF 60cm induction hob (7.36 kW) The existing Indesit hob is hardwired into a dedicated cooker supply and will need to be safely disconnected and removed. The new Hisense Hi8 also needs to be hardwired, using the existing cooker circuit if it is suitable. Please check that the existing circuit, cable, protective device and isolation arrangement are appropriate for the new 7.36 kW induction hob before connection. The existing worktop cut-out should already be compatible (approximately 560 × 490 mm), so I am not expecting any worktop modification to be required. Scope: 1) Safely isolate and disconnect the existing hardwired Indesit hob 2) Remove the old hob from the worktop 3) Check suitability of the existing cooker circuit for the new 7.36 kW induction hob 4) Install and hardwire the Hisense Hi8 HI6443BSCWF 5) Secure the new hob correctly in the existing worktop aperture 6) Electrically test the installation and confirm safe operation 7) Dispose of the old hob as appropriate for electrical appliance if this is possible or alternatively, load into car for disposal at Raynesway Household Waste Recycling Centre, please let me know if disposal is included in your quote. Please quote for labour and any standard electrical connection materials required. If you anticipate that the existing circuit may require upgrading, please indicate how this would be assessed and any likely additional costs.

I have an 20 year old AEG Hot Plate hob, which is pretty much awful and I am thinking of replacing it. However all the dimensions of new ones seem to be 1cm more. I just wondered if this is something that can be done? No rush just wondering before I order a new hob. Pics include existing dimensions vs new ones, and image of setup. Looking for someone to install the boundary and guide wire for a Flymo EasiLife GO 500 robotic lawn mower in Wybunbury, Nantwich. The lawn is approximately 2500 sq ft and reasonably straightforward. I would like: Boundary wire installed around the lawn Guide wire installed back to the charging station Wire buried approximately 2–3 cm below the surface, rather than left on top/pegged down All connections made to the charging station Mower set up and tested afterwards to confirm the loop and guide wire are working correctly Mower, charging station, boundary wire and installation accessories are supplied. Ideally looking for someone who has experience installing robotic lawn mowers or similar boundary-wire systems (Flymo, Husqvarna, Gardena, Worx, etc.). Please let me know if you've done this type of installation before and what tools you would use to bury the cable.

Repurpose existing 32A “Oven” circuit in consumer unit for a 7.2kW induction hob. Old oven circuit is no longer required as new oven is 13A plug-in. I want a new cable run from the consumer unit to the hob on the opposite kitchen wall, rather than extending the existing cooker cable from the old oven location. Heya, I would like someone to install my new electrical cooker I have received today. I do not have any new parts or tools for it as it is a new built properly.

We have a robot lawnmower and the boundary wire is broken. I need you to reinstall a new heavy duty wire (you will need provide) and replicate the track that I’ve previously laid down. We have a worx lawnmower. The garden is roughly 30m x 30m so quite a long wire is needed with certain islands around trees etc
