Exterior house painting all materials and tools including ladders provided. Just need the labour on a day rate £125 Need to be comfortable working on ladders at a height of 7-8meters. Approx 2 days work, does not need to be consecutive days. No previous painting experience required.

Walls and ceilings required. Filling consisits of around some light fittings, and plug sockets, and picture holes/bump marks. There is some old water damage on part of kitchen ceiling, and some recent fire damage on diningroom wall (we have cleaned the area with sugar soap to try and get rid of the smell, so not as bad as it sounds, and are putting a temporary coat of paint on it as we speak). There will be a fair amount of furniture shuffling.

Not all rooms need to be completed but the bedroom and lounge are priorities. 1. bathroom: • paint this area with peel stop primer. • fill the walls and sand back where necessary. • paint the ceiling and walls with white satin finish mould resistant paint. 2. kitchen: • fill the walls where necessary and sand back to best effect. • paint the walls with white kitchen paint. 3. lounge: • fill the walls where necessary and sand back. • replace the missing sections of skirting board. • paint the walls with white matt paint. • paint the skirting boards, windowsill, lounge side of the cupboard, and doors with white satin wood paint. 4. bedroom: • in one area of the room, peel paper forward and stick back. • paint the affected area. paint with stain block primer. • paint the walls with white matt paint. • paint the door, frame and skirting boards with white satin wood paint.

2 bedroom appartment needs paint

2 units. One is a dresser, 2m wide and another is a sideboard, 140cm width. Needs spray painting.
