2 freshly plastered bedrooms need painting with mist coat and 2 coats of paint. Ceiling and walls. Rooms have no fixtures/fittings. Paint supplied. Rooms 1&3 on plan.

Skimming over an existing wall, so that it lays flat together with a fitted wardrobe. Then I need the wardrobe primed and painted.

Painting - walls, ceilings, skirting boards, and 2 door frames of small double bedroom and shower room (part tiled). Also, filling holes where curtain pole has been.

The front of the house is bottom half brick and top half painted cream/magnolia. The painted half is peeling and flaking and needs to be possibly rendered and painted or just repainted. Not sure on typical cost so this is negotiable.

A portion of the wall has peeled off. I initially thought it was paint that was required, but now it looks more like wall paper.

Stick on tiles in bathroom and toilet. Put up some shelves. Fill in missing chunk of kitchen wall. I am not sure on how many days work this would be labour.
