We need to have the walls and ceiling in the kitchen painted following some tiling and joinery work which has just been completed

1x ceiling & window surrounds needs remedy of bad job - some filling/sanding 1x small galley hallway (same as above) All ceilings/walls are no higher than 190cm - so no steps needed. Paint provided - already on site. Roughly 1 day work. (Could be less) Please no one that doesn’t finish work to a high standard or isn’t available or who isn’t going to be reliable. Paint stair rail and doors all the white painted - Due date: Flexible

Bedroom (approx 3m x 3m) old skim falling off. Work is to scape back ceiling plaster, prime and re plaster the ceiling. Allow to dry and apply 2 mist coats. Prepare and paint the ceiling with 2 top-coats. Leave site clean. To include materials e.g. Plaster, PVA and paint. - Due date: Flexible

Please fill crack with Polyfilla and paint over with coat of paint (we will provide). Thank you.
