One wall of white paint.

I have a 2 bedroom flat. it is approx 600 sqft. I need the whole flat painted, just plain white. some ceilings are quite high so you'd need a ladder. I'd like a fixed fee (not per hour please) I have a video of it, but I can't upload it here. Thank you!

Painting behind the sofa and the bathroom ceiling

We are having our concrete lintels repaired and need to have them repainted in Masonry paint (which I will provide) to ensure they are resealed. We have four to repaint initially and they will need two coats of paint. We have scaffolding up to reach the two higher lintels and ladders for the lower ones. There is also the opportunity for a repeat booking as in a few weeks we will need to have 7 more painted at the front of the building too.

The front yard of my flat was very badly painted meaning half the paint has flaked off (was like this before I moved in). Ideally I'd love to strip off the paint to return it to its previous colour – tried myself but proved beyond me! Also, would be great to fix / replace the broken step but I appreciate that might be a different job

Priming and painting of living room in NW6. To include: Walls, ceiling, skirting boards, one side of internal door. In addition, there is a small hole (behind door) in the plaster board that needs to be patched up. I will provide the priming and colour paint (please let me know how much is required). Room size: 4.3m x 4.3m

I have a few long hairline cracks in my hallway walls that i would like to have opened up slightly, filled (with a flexible filler), sanded and the entire set of walls repainted. If the filler requires some drying time I am happy for the task to be split over two days within a week.

The ceiling is peeling so that will need preparing, and then painting the bathroom white or similar colour.
