Theres also 8 wooden pieces either side to be painted in black & the patio door. I can supply the black paint. Please quote dulux weathershield & all other materials required. I have circled in the photos where it needs painting. Must have liability insurance, ladders, previous work examples, reviews as im seeking a high standard finish.

Scope of work: • Apply mineral bond prep coat and limewash paint to walls (multiple rooms) • Ensure correct limewash technique (block brush, criss-cross application, maintain wet edge) • 2 full coats + additional coat where needed (no overworking) • Finish painting on wall panelling using eggshell paint (same colour tone) • Careful cutting in around mouldings and edges Room sizes (approx): • Drawing room: 4.1m x 4.0m • Dining room: 4.5m x 3.5m • Sitting room: approx 3.0m x 2.7m Important: • Must have experience with limewash (not standard emulsion) • Prep coat must be applied evenly to avoid patchy finish • No rollers for limewash application • Clean, consistent finish across all rooms Materials: • I will supply limewash paint and prep coat • Open to discussion on additional materials if needed Please share examples/photos of similar work if possible. The walls are a bit bumpy/uneven but I’m not looking to have them smoothed or plastered — just a good quality paint job to freshen the room up. Want stair square spindles painted and have the paint already bottom spindles already stripped, but the top ones are not stripped so it just need rubbing down and painted or spray painted
