Looking to sand down, remove old paint, make straight, then paint x9 window sills, & the wooden frames around them & silicone around. Theres also 8 wooden pieces either side to be painted in black & the patio door. I can supply both white/black paints. I have decorator caulk as well, if you can supply silicone. I have circled in the photos where it needs painting. Must have liability insurance, ladders, previous work examples, reviews as im seeking a good finish.

Scope of work: • Apply mineral bond prep coat and limewash paint to walls (multiple rooms) • Ensure correct limewash technique (block brush, criss-cross application, maintain wet edge) • 2 full coats + additional coat where needed (no overworking) • Finish painting on wall panelling using eggshell paint (same colour tone) • Careful cutting in around mouldings and edges Room sizes (approx): • Drawing room: 4.1m x 4.0m • Dining room: 4.5m x 3.5m • Sitting room: approx 3.0m x 2.7m Important: • Must have experience with limewash (not standard emulsion) • Prep coat must be applied evenly to avoid patchy finish • No rollers for limewash application • Clean, consistent finish across all rooms Materials: • I will supply limewash paint and prep coat • Open to discussion on additional materials if needed Please share examples/photos of similar work if possible. We have a three door sideboard we would like painted to update it. Ideally it would be taken away and brought back rather than painted in our home.
