Painting and decorating of a rental property over two days on 19 and 20 September. Some sanding and filling of picture hook holes in the walls and for the window frames and then two coats of white emulsion on the walls and white satin wood on window and door frames. Ceilings and hallway should be fine. I will supply filler, sanding paper, barrier paint, emulsion paint and satin wood paint. Please bring your own brushes, rollers and dust sheets.

We have a number a rooms that need finishing to finalise a renovation. Most rooms are already pre-painted and prepped (see pictures) so would only require single coat of emulsion to finish. Looking for a day rate initially for 4 bedrooms. Landing, stairs, and other timber work (doors / windows) also need attention after. Looking for immediate start from Fri 11/09. I need help with painting a bedroom. The walls were painted 3 months ago but want to change colour. All paint will be provided: White base paint (1 coat) and final finish (2 coats). You will just need to protect the floors and bring your own equipment.

I’d like the shop’s shutters painted. The shutter type is perforated shutter. So it has many tiny holes in them. Please only get in contact if you have previous experience in this. I’d like it done before 10am and you need to be on time.

We need the floor of one retail window display at our Regent Street store repainted. The floor is currently painted a dark brown burgundy colour and has become scuffed and marked from recent window installations. We already have the matching paint at the store, so this is mainly preparation and repainting rather than colour matching. The job would involve: Preparing and cleaning the existing painted surface Repainting the full window floor so the finish is clean and even Keeping the surrounding walls, glass and window graphics protected while working The store is at 27 Regent Street, London, SW1Y 4NQ. Ideally we would like this completed as soon as possible. Please bring any brushes, rollers, masking materials and other equipment required. Paint will be supplied.

Looking for an experienced painter/decorator to prep and paint 7 square metres of half-height bead & butt wooden panelling in a newly built shower room in Finsbury Park (N4 3HB). The panelling kit is already fixed to the walls but is currently unprimed moisture-resistant MDF. I already have all the main paint supplies ready on-site for you (~1.25L of Zinsser B-I-N shellac primer and a 2.5L tin of Lick Blue 04 Eggshell). The job requires: 1) Full masking and protection of the surrounding flooring, shower tray, and bathroom fixtures. 2) Caulking all panel joints, skirting, and the top dado rail using a high-quality, paintable polymer caulk (please bring your own caulk/tape). 3) Applying 2 coats of the provided Zinsser B-I-N primer to the raw MDF (with a light sand using 240-grit between coats for a glass-smooth finish). 4) Applying 2 coats of the provided Lick Blue 04 Eggshell. Required Drying Times Between Coats: - Between Zinsser B-I-N Coat 1 and Coat 2: 45 minutes minimum. - After Primer Coat 2: Wait 1 hour before doing a light sand, dusting down, and applying the first colour coat. - Between Lick Blue 04 Coat 1 and Coat 2: A strict 4-hour dry time is mandatory. Important details: - Looking to get this completed over Sat 29th and Sun 30th Aug. - You can structure your day around the 4-hour Lick drying gap (e.g., complete the prep, priming, and first topcoat in the morning, leave for a few hours, and return in the afternoon for the final coat), or split the work into two short visits over two days. - Please bring your own professional brushes, short-pile microfiber mini-rollers, caulk, and sandpaper. - Please mention/show your experience with dark colours or bathroom woodwork when bidding.

I have a Matt green paint in bedroom and living room that needs a repaint due to scuff marks, I have purchased a Dulux EasyCare Washable in the same shade to increase durability as the previous Johnstone's paint has scuffed badly.

Looking for someone to paint the walls of my living room and hallway is including woodwork. If the job is reasonably priced and done to a high standard there are more areas of the house that I would like done too. Paint and supplies will be provided.

Need someone to help me with my spare room. The ceiling, windows are done, the rooms all cleared, dust sheets on too, so you can come in & immediately start. I have ladders, brushes & rollers so no need for you to bring things unless you’d like to I need all 4 walls painting, one has a window the other the door one a big corner wardrobe so not a big area, walls were white & paint is off white, easy to cover the small area to paint. I did have some wallpaper I was going to use, it’s only a small alcove, I’ve half stripped it off, have arthritis so it’s hard for me so I’d like you to do the last bit with me if I haven’t finished by tomoro. I’d like to pay no more for this than £60 for maximum 3hrs here, I can help it finish up, if for some reason it’s not finished, if your early it’d be great if you could sand with my electric sander the landing, partly filled or bathroom just needs sanding, both rooms also being done, it’s the jerking of sanding or stripping that hurt my joints, I’m able to do light painting without too much pain Thanks
