I'm looking for an experienced contractor to carry out the following works in my 1 bedroom flat: Demolition - Remove and dispose of existing carpets from the living room and bedroom, as well as vinyl floor from the hallway. Painting & Decorating - Prepare and repair walls, ceilings and woodwork where required. - Living room: Apply two coats of white matt emulsion to the ceiling and two coats of vinyl matt emulsion to the walls. - Bedroom: Apply two coats of white matt emulsion to the ceiling and two coats of vinyl matt emulsion to the walls. - Prepare woodwork and apply one coat of undercoat and two coats of satinwood to all skirting boards and five internal doors. Flooring - install approximately 30m² of engineered wood flooring across the living room, bedroom and entrance hall. - Install matching beading/scotia (or advise if skirting boards should be removed and refitted instead). - Please inspect the existing subfloor and advise if any preparation or levelling is required. Furniture - The property is occupied, so furniture will need to be carefully moved during the works. This includes: - Two large sofas and coffee table - One bed - One large wardrobe and chest of drawers - One bookcase Materials & Waste - Please include all decorating materials (paint, fillers, masking/protection, etc.). I need someone to paint a wall white.

Paint walls of garage and small amount of wood (three shelves, 2x4s supporting platform) - no ceiling, no floor, no doors. V little prep work required. Space will be cleared for easy working. Grey painted woodwork not part of project, leave as is Need to bring tools and paint - white acrylic eggshell for walls, water-based satinwood/gloss for woodwork.

We need someone to: - sand and clean the skirting boards in our hall (around 8m) - paint them - paint 5m raw wood scotia beading with same white paint - stick scotia beading to one part of skirting with no more nails - clean and remove stickers from walls - apple one or two coats of white paint as touch up to walls in hall, living room and kitchen We will provide materials

I have a Matt green paint in bedroom and living room that needs a repaint due to scuff marks, I have purchased a Dulux EasyCare Washable in the same shade to increase durability as the previous Johnstone's paint has scuffed badly.

Looking for someone to paint the walls of my living room and hallway is including woodwork. If the job is reasonably priced and done to a high standard there are more areas of the house that I would like done too. Paint and supplies will be provided.

Need someone to help me with my spare room. The ceiling, windows are done, the rooms all cleared, dust sheets on too, so you can come in & immediately start. I have ladders, brushes & rollers so no need for you to bring things unless you’d like to I need all 4 walls painting, one has a window the other the door one a big corner wardrobe so not a big area, walls were white & paint is off white, easy to cover the small area to paint. I did have some wallpaper I was going to use, it’s only a small alcove, I’ve half stripped it off, have arthritis so it’s hard for me so I’d like you to do the last bit with me if I haven’t finished by tomoro. I’d like to pay no more for this than £60 for maximum 3hrs here, I can help it finish up, if for some reason it’s not finished, if your early it’d be great if you could sand with my electric sander the landing, partly filled or bathroom just needs sanding, both rooms also being done, it’s the jerking of sanding or stripping that hurt my joints, I’m able to do light painting without too much pain Thanks

Paint edges around a wall need neatened up. I've done a bad job and need sharp lines painted around one statement wall. As well as neatening up all 3 sides, there's a doorway to paint around and 2 plug sockets. Wall is approx 3.8m wide by 2.4m high.

I have one bedroom (two walls and 1/4 of the ceiling are newly plastered - primer needed) and hall which is an S-shaped (please see floor map highlighted in red). There are a few door frames corners of which has been chipped (paint only) so needs a bit of sanding and then painting.
