Hi, I need approx 5m2 to be painted (medium grey/ green touch-ups) and 55m2 (one layer of off white, living room and kitchen walls) and 5m2 of ceilings (one layer of off white living room and kitchen). We are based in Hornsey. The price is for labour and any other materials needed. We will provide Dulux matt paint so this it out of scope. Need to have it done between 4-10 August. No furniture currently in the flat. Thank you. The extension is 3 years old so assuming no major sanding will be require except for some uneven parts of walls. I have a Matt green paint in bedroom and living room that needs a repaint due to scuff marks, I have purchased a Dulux EasyCare Washable in the same shade to increase durability as the previous Johnstone's paint has scuffed badly.

Paint edges around a wall need neatened up. I've done a bad job and need sharp lines painted around one statement wall. As well as neatening up all 3 sides, there's a doorway to paint around and 2 plug sockets. Wall is approx 3.8m wide by 2.4m high.
