Removal of rust from a metal balcony base plate and also along the balcony railings. And then clean / power wash to remove mildew. Following that, painting of the balcony and railings. Just one coat needed. I will provide the paint. I don’t know a reasonable rate for this job so please propose your rate per hour and how many hours you believe this task to take. Thank you

I have two jobs that need doing on the garden. First, I have a a rendered wall in the garden that I’d like to paint. Stabiliser will need to be applied and dried before then being painted. Second, the tiles in the garden are partly grouted, but the grouting is unfinished

I’ve removed three baby gates, and the walls and paint have been damaged where they attached. I need someone to remove the discoloured paint, polyfill the damage, and re-paint it. I have the right coloured wall paint for the wall, but no paint for the banister or any other things like brushes, filler, sandpaper etc. I can buy those if you tell me what to get.
