Need skirting board painted and caulked and tiny holes filled in in 3 bed room hallway and front room

I need a flat repainted. Walls, ceilings and woodwork (skirting, door frames). The work needs to be started and finished between Sunday 24th August and Friday 29th August. You will provide all (white) paint, I can provide parking. The flat was last painted 3 years ago - so it’s a refresh. Attached is the floor plan and some photos. You won’t need to do all walls as some are wallpapered (half of one bedroom), some are tiled (most of the bathroom walls are tile), and some walls are glass brick. Unfortunately there is no opportunity to view the flat before the task as there is a tenant in place.

Prepping and painting a kitchen with high ceilings. The room is about 15sqm. There’s woodwork around old window frame that needs filling and sanding. Some surface cracks in ceiling that need filling and sanding before painting. Kitchen will be white so easy colour to paint but just need someone quick and professional to get it done properly.
