Painting whole of the property, to include all wood work, skirting etc..it needs to be durable as it’s a childminding business during the day. I have paint already on site as I want it all white throughout, also to include removal of current old mastic and replace with new.

Hello, me and my partner are doing up our house ourselves, but with jobs and other things we are finding it hard to get things finished. Looking for help with sanding,painting two upstairs room, including fitting skirting and architrave, attaching and fixing some cupboard doors.

I will provide paint and all materials. The tasker should stick down some plastic to cover the floor of the porch. Then use a ladder (I can provide if they don't have one) to reach top of the inside of the porch and clean near the ceiling area down as it is quite dirty, use a cloth to wipe off peeling paint and then add a coat of sealer to areas where paint is peeling/cracked. Then very light sanding where I have already filled (I have prepped the bottom area of the porch). Then one coat of paint on inside of porch including door frame and painted arch just outside the porch. Leave the areas where sealant was applied to the end as it takes 2 hours to dry. I think it would take around 2 - 2.5 hours.

Paint the Kitchen, fill in any cracks . Paint the bathroom . Repaint the living room. Sand and re paint/refurb the wooden floor in the attic filling in cracks and seals.

I need just the steps (not risers or sides) of the inside stairs in my flat. The first set of steps goes from inside my flat entry door up to living area, and next set goes up to bedrooms. Just sand and repaint.

I already have the paint and basic materials, but if you have a more powerful or efficient sander, that would be a bonus. I’m looking for someone to help refresh a part of my garden: ✅ Decking floor — clean lightly (deck is already generally clean), then apply 2 coats of decking oil (oil provided). ✅ Deck balustrade / guard rail wood (around glass panels) — apply 2 coats of decking oil on the exposed wooden parts of the deck railing (as shown in the photos). ✅ Fence section (ground level) — paint 1 coat of fence paint (paint provided) on the section of fence as shown in the photos (4 panels). The deck, rail and fence are in good condition — I want to give them a nice refreshed look for the summer. • Light preparation if needed (dust off / clean where required) • Careful, even application of decking oil on the deck floor and on the wooden handrail/balustrade • Careful, even application of fence paint on the panels (only garden-facing side) • Decking oil, fence paint, and brushes/rollers provided. • You may bring your own brushes/rollers if preferred. • You should have experience applying decking oil and painting exterior wood — I want a professional-looking finish. • Please be neat — this is a well-used garden space.

I have the paint ready to go! It’s already white and will be painted a yellow/cream white colour. A fixed wardrobe is along one side of the bedroom so only 3 walls to paint! You need to bring your own brushes/decoration tools.
