I’m looking to obtain a formal quote for some painting work on a recently completed building project. The builder has finished on site, but unfortunately, the paintwork throughout the hall, stairs, and three landings has been left with a poor finish. There are visible patches across walls, ceilings, doors, and trims, and the skirting boards have not been prepared or painted to a professional standard. There are 7 doors which need to be painted on Both Sides plus white on the main hall door All woodwork and spindles on stair case The colours remains the same, and the good news is that everything should only require one additional coat to achieve a clean and consistent finish. This includes walls, ceilings, skirting boards, doors, and other wooden trims. To assist with your quote, I’ve attached the floor plans so you can assess the square metre coverage, along with photographs showing the current condition of the surfaces. I’m keen to have this work carried out as soon as possible, so please let me know your availability and provide a price for the job. I have a damaged wall which needs tidying up before the end of my tenancy and repainting with some magnolia paint. It's got some rough filler on there now but I need help making it more invisible for the old deposit. It's a small section of wall but would need painting from. Floor to ceiling approx 1.5ft x 7.5ft. Bedroom wall corner – scrape loose paint, patch and sand, prime & repaint to match. 3. Bedroom door edge – sand back peeling areas, prime & repaint both sides. I have the required finish paints. I have two empty rooms (photos attached) which require the following: Living room (16'2 x 11'7): - remove and dispose of media unit shelves and fixtures attached to one of the walls (see picture) -fill in holes -sand the filled areas -remove wallpaper that is covering 1/3 of the room -paint the whole room white. Bedroom (11'7 x 11'2): - remove wallpaper that is on one of the walls. - paint the whole room white. Both rooms are empty without furniture.

Bedroom walls need painting and beading on one wall. One wall has been painted but has alligator cracks all over so likely need prepping before painting.

Patch repair for peeling plaster on ceiling, wall and by window. Paint provided, can provide ready mixed Polycell plaster too if required. Must be done w/c 3rd February.

I need a study painting, the current walls are white emulsion and I need them a sage green. Paint will be provided, but dust sheets and rollers / brushes will not be. Leave ceiling white, paint the skirting boards but sand down the woodwork first. If any dints or scratches in the wall or skirting board they need filling in and sanding down before painting.
