There is a pigeon nesting in my gutter, once it has left it's nest I'd like the nest removing and some sort of pigeon proofing done to prevent it returning. There is also a very small bit of painting required under the gutter. This is basically just the small, visible part of the wood that protrudes from under the fascias, there are 7 in total. On the photos, the site of the pigeon nest is circled in red and the small wooden areas that need painting are circled in yellow (about 7 in total) I have the black paint and a brush, I'm happy to supply the pigeon proofing gutter mesh, I basically need someone who is able to get up there to do the job as I'm not good with heights and I don't have a ladder! (As the pigeon is still there, I think I'll have to wait until it's eggs have hatched and the nest is empty. It's been nearly 2 months now so I'm guessing it'll be soon.)

I have a Root growing under my gutter on the 1st floor. This is pushing the gutter up 2mm and causing water to leak on the wall, The gutter section will need removing and the root removing before re setting the gutter and aligning, possibly sealing. Obviously the budget is more than £10!!

My guttering is leaking and requires fixing at both the joining of the two guttering sections and the start of the downpipe

Workshop has no guttering and it runs off in my neighbours garden. They are happy for someone to enter their garden to instal guttering. Needed both sides to feed i to a water butt.

Porch brackets, fascia, and the fascia/detail above bay window needs painting. I have Zinsser exterior all in one paint already to do it but my step ladder won’t allow me to reach!

Need a few leaky gutters replacing and the wooden fascia they are attached to, and brickwork repointed in lime mortar to stop water getting into the brick, it’s a Victorian property and just got wear and tear

Water is leaking from the connection piece that joins both sides of my guttering.

Despite having had guttering cleaned (front and back of terraced house) several times in the past, it still overflows and leaks in several places.

Exterior wall render has crumbled. it brought down the guttering that was attached to it and the adjacent wall. Need to strip the remaining old render, and rerender the exterior and then replace the guttering

I need someone with a long ladder to reattach a part of my guttering that has fallen off. The piece is not broken, it just needs to be reattached. There are no access issues. Job will take literally 10 minutes.
