Find an experienced local plumber in West Midlands

Needs to install a kitchen sink tap. Might need to extend pipes or change completely. Also Needs to look into a bathroom flush handle.

Water is leaking into my kitchen from under the uPVC garden/back door when it rains. The leak appears to be coming from the bottom of the door frame / threshold area (see photo). I need someone experienced with doors / waterproofing to: • Inspect the door threshold and frame • Identify where rainwater is entering • Repair or reseal as required (e.g. door seal, threshold, drainage issue, external sealant) Door is a uPVC garden door leading directly to the kitchen. Issue only occurs during heavy rain. Looking for a proper fix, not just a temporary seal if there’s an underlying issue. Photos attached to show the door and affected area.

Toilet cistern leaking , suspect washers or seals at the base of the bolts.

The water pressure on air source heat pump/water cylinder is 0.3 bars and heat hardly coming out. I called the company that fitted the pump but they aren’t available until January, is somebody able to assist?

The taps are leaking at the face basin in the bathroom and the tap in the kitchen. When having a shower water from the shower leaks downstairs

Fix intermittent hot water with the shower and bath taps. It's a gas-fed aqualisa Midas 100 shower. I have a Worcester combi junior 24i boiler which was serviced in November. Also the shower fan is possibly not working as it should. It's a spotlight over shower with built-in extractor fan, operated by switch outside bathroom, model SL120TW/CH Manrose fan. There is also an issue with the toilet making a constant sound (a low humming/pressure noise) which may need fixing unless you think this is normal.

Shower pressure and temperature low

Waste water doesn’t seem to drain or is very slow.

I recently had a new shower installed, but the mixer unit is not functioning correctly. The hot and cold water are not mixing, so the shower only runs at one temperature. In addition, the hot water supply to the shower is not working at all. As a result, the shower cannot be used properly and requires inspection and repair.

I need a plumber that can help remove two toilet seats with the chambers in my two toilets for a tiler to tile the toilet area and you will put it back.

Leaking stopcock needs repair

Remove existing sealant,and reseal the shower cubicle

Remove old shower fitting and install new complete shower fitting

Take out my old bath and put in a shower tray and enclosure.

Dishwasher pipe leaking to be sealed or replaced

Water pipe into dishwasher has a leak, needs sealing or replacing

Replace a mixer tap on a basin in bathroom

Need radiator installed and shower fixed

Bathroom tap drips, have to close both handles very very tightly but even then water still drips from the faucet. I also have an issue with water hammer/ noise in the pipes either when closing a tap, or when the washing machine draws water
