Fix intermittent hot water with the shower and bath taps. It's a gas-fed aqualisa Midas 100 shower. I have a Worcester combi junior 24i boiler which was serviced in November. Also the shower fan is possibly not working as it should. It's a spotlight over shower with built-in extractor fan, operated by switch outside bathroom, model SL120TW/CH Manrose fan. There is also an issue with the toilet making a constant sound (a low humming/pressure noise) which may need fixing unless you think this is normal.

I recently had a new shower installed, but the mixer unit is not functioning correctly. The hot and cold water are not mixing, so the shower only runs at one temperature. In addition, the hot water supply to the shower is not working at all. As a result, the shower cannot be used properly and requires inspection and repair.

Bathroom tap drips, have to close both handles very very tightly but even then water still drips from the faucet. I also have an issue with water hammer/ noise in the pipes either when closing a tap, or when the washing machine draws water
