We have an awning that we need help fitting to the back of our house.

Awnings are not working, although we have changed the battery in our remote Spmmfy no 1810634A01, which shows a red light when used, but our awnings do not open

Manual retractable patio awning – fit supplied replacement fabric, service/clean mechanism and adjust arms so awning sits level. Awning currently works but is older, one side sits slightly lower and there is a squeak at one point when extending/retracting. Replacement fabric already supplied. We have a Thule 5003 retractable awning fitted to our motorhome. We normally let the Thule down to a height where we can fit our Kampa 390 blow up awning to the Thule cassette by a kador strip , retract this into the Thule cassette and then blow the kampa up. What is happening now is that the whole thing will not fit into the cassette and when one side goes into the cassette the other side does not

Welding likely required. Steel bolt snapped off in aluminium engine block. I attempted a drill repair but cobalt drill bit snapped off in the hole. I would like the drill bit and damaged bolt removed from the block so I can attempt a thread repair. Car is parked on a driveway, slightly sloped, B73 area. Images attached.

Repair awning that has snapped off wall due to amount of water collected in storm . It just needs new brackets that are still fixed to the wall seems a fairly easy fix
